You may have noticed that a TEST fleet is comprised entirely of Talwars, or that BoodaBooda has addressed his alliance telling them to file petitions with CCP to reimburse their ships before approaching their alliance for one. You may have seen leaked broadcasts of TEST offering pilots a lottery for PLEX in return for logging in to defend its own space. You may have also noticed that TEST has regularly dumped large mineral holdings while they hemorrhage rental fees and ratting taxes. You may have also heard on Reddit how TEST leadership is trying to sell everyone on the idea of becoming nomadic like PL without the Supers, but it hasn't caught much traction.
These are the tell tale signs of an alliance about to go bankrupt and unable to pay SOV bills. Let's start with the facts we know. We know that Boodabooda has withdrawn the ability for line members of TEST to examine their own alliance finances. We know that as off the battles in NOL and SMEB TEST's reimbursement team declared a 3 week turn around time to answer requests. We know directly after this announcement Boodabooda declared that the alliance would petition CCP for reimbursing their lost ships and that no alliance reimbursement requests would be honored till that was resolved. You can observe from the battle reports in B-D, E-4 and J5A that only TEST's protectors bring Navy Apocs while TEST Alliance itself is suspiciously comprised of a single Talwar doctrine. We also know from the start of the war that renting and ratting for TEST has become next to impossible, as that requires safe and secure space for those activities to be carried out.
So what does this all mean?
TEST has been robbing itself to stay afloat financially for a month or two longer before the cat gets let out of the bag. TEST's leadership expects to see a massive SOV loss by being unable to pay its own bills. This is why TEST Alliance has decided to move to Karan, under the guise of "defending the null sec sov they live in by staging out of a low sec system." It seems strange to any observer that you would defend your home by abandoning it, but TEST claims to have the CFC where it wants them. Right in TEST's house kicking its feet up in the master chair. The bribes to get pilots to log in, the crushing cost of SOV bills, and losses at NOL and SMEB have required TEST to take the liquid isk dedicated for SOV bills and pay for that. Now that they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel something has to give.
So TEST has dumped massive reserves of minerals to get them through the next month of SOV bills while heavily restricting what ships will be reimbursed. The effect of robbing Peter to pay Paul means that without a steady and regular income you can expect to see TEST patrolling low sec.
To outline further how desperate TEST is consider the recent EVE O threads where TEST asks for donations, for Hi Sec volunteers to fight Goons, and the child like threats that they will war dec those who don't help them after the win the war. So boiling this down TEST has recently begged for money, begged for help and made ultimatums that are toothless. After all if you are begging for Isk and Pilots to defend you how is it that your going to punish those that don't help you in the first place? More borrowed Isk and Pilots?
TEST is broke and its leaders have already decided to live in Low Sec. If you are a TEST pilot and not thrilled with that prospect contact the nearest Goon to ask about defecting. |

Well since Goonswarm publishes it's financial records, which include things like reimbursement payouts, we can see the TFIs reimbursed. TEST on the other hand isn't so transparent, you won't see Navy Apocs replaced or any indication of financial health. |

BoodaBooda pretty much leaked all the logs confirming confirming TESTs continued hostility towards Goons ever since the admission that HBC was specifically put together to kill the CFC. As for putting people in carriers, well sorry we have Isk. Speaking of Isk thanks for buying me a new IHUB you left unanchored for me to take in J5A. |

I think the deluge of emotionally charged replies from TEST over the last page and a half says it all. As I understand it when we snatched up that IHUB it was right in front of BoodaBooda's alt which we later podded, along with blowing up the covert cyno that was intended to deal with us. |

Was that before or after you lost J5A, where you had a 24 hour fleet presence, to a small "rebel band" of Caracals against your 97 carriers and support fleet?

I'm watching you guys respond to Caracals and Wolves with carrier fleets every time we decide to shot an SBU that still ends up dying. You're using carriers and still losing SOV. |

I can confirm there is no seperate wallet outside the alliance "to protect our assets from The Mittani" as BoodaBooda might say in a more recent explanation. I can also confirm that the most TEST members are going out of pocket on their Talwars and only small fleets with people who are clamoring for their reimbursement since NOL get "stop loss" Talwars so they don't come to realize they will never get their Navy Apoc/Carrier/T3 Cruiser back. |

You've lost a lot Navy Apocs, fleets of them in fact, awfully strange for "not a doctrine fit." Now if we go through the huge losses at B-D and PFX I don't see a single "special snowflake booster" Navy Apoc. Now I see your Loki boosters and the occassional odd ball Proteus because they end up on the killmails too. Your lies are getting sloppy kid.
